Missouri Senate Committee Could Vote Tuesday on Second Amendment Preservation Act

A Missouri Senate committee is expected to vote Tuesday on legislation creating a Second Amendment Preservation Act. Battlefield State Senator Eric Burlison, the bill sponsor, testifies he believes the Biden administration will push for gun control:

Burlison’s bill declares that it’s the duty of the courts and law enforcement agencies to protect the rights of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. Former Columbia State Representative Chris Kelly, a former judge, says the bill is unconstitutional.
