Missouri Senate Gives Initial Approval On Child Support Payment Bill

(MISSOURINET) – The state Senate could pass soon a bill that gives Missourians who are behind on child support payments and lose their driver’s or professional license as a result, the opportunity for an evidentiary hearing to determine if the suspension should remain.
