Missouri Senator: Family Courts Should Allow People to Take Meds Including Medical Marijuana

(MISSOURINET) – Should a Missouri family court be allowed to tell a person they cannot take their legally prescribed medicine?

State Senator Barbara Washington says “no!”

The Democrat from Jackson County is making the case at the Capitol for her Senate Bill 794.

It would prohibit the family court from telling a person they cannot take their legal medical marijuana.

The debate continues before it can see senate action.
