Missouri State Fair To Recognize 11 Missourians For Military Service

The Missouri State Fair has announced the 11 Missourians who will receive recognition this year for their service to the nation. The annual Military Flag Retreat will take place each afternoon of the fair in front of the historic Administration Building, located behind the Grandstand. Army veteran Steve Hubbard of Adrian will be the first honoree, receiving recognition at 5:15 the afternoon of August 10th. The remaining ceremonies will take place at 5:30 each afternoon up to the last day of the fair, August 20th, when Marine veteran Douglas Robinson of Park Hills is honored.
