Missouri State Troopers Awarded Medals for Rescuing 27 People from Flash Flooding in Northwest Missouri Last Year

(MISSOURINET) –  Two Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers have been awarded medals today for rescuing 27 people during flash flooding last year in northwest Missouri.
