Missouri To Use $5-Million Grant To Help Get Residents Better-Paying Jobs

(Missourinet) Missouri has been awarded five-million dollars to help people who are out of a job.

Donna Brake, with the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development, says the federal grant will target certain industries.

They include infrastructure, education services, science, technical, hospitality, and environment.

Brake says about 450 Missourians will be directly impacted by the grant.
