Missouri’s New Attorney General Officially Sworn In Tuesday

(MISSOURINET) –  Andrew Bailey is now Missouri’s Attorney General. He was sworn in yesterday (Tuesday) as the state’s 44th A-G during a brief ceremony in the lobby of the Missouri Supreme Court Building. He told the audience his goals include enforcing Missouri law as written:

Bailey formerly worked as Governor Mike Parson’s general counsel. He succeeds former Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who was sworn in today as U-S Senator for Missouri.
