Mixed Results From First Two Weeks Of Archery Deer Season In Missouri

The results were mixed in the first two weeks of the archery deer season for Missouri and the region. Warm weather likely led to less deer activity, and potentially less hunter participation. Josh Roller is with the Missouri Department of Conservation.

Roller says those harvesting a deer need to remember of the necessity of notching their permit.

The archery deer season runs through the middle of January but will take a break for the November regular firearms season.
