Morning Hike Event in Trenton’s Crowder State Park

Spring at Crowder State Park.
On the morning of May 1st, there is a hike scheduled in Crowder State Park in Trenton.
The Missouri State Parks website says to meet park staff at the Shelter 3 parking lot on Saturday, May 1 at 10 a.m. for a guided wildflower hike on Tall Oaks Trail. This will be a 3.2-mile moderate hike. During the hike, park staff will point out wildflowers and other interesting features seen along the way.
Participants are encouraged to bring water and wear comfortable hiking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. They are also encouraged to wear their choice of insect repellent to avoid tick and insect bites when spending time outdoors. Social-distancing measures will be practiced during the hike.
