Mound City Man Arrested on Felony Warrant in Holt County

A Mound City man was arrested on a felony warrant Wednesday afternoon in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Justin M. Scott was arrested on a felony warrant for child neglect from the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department.
Scott was taken to the Atchison County Jail to be held without bond.
