North Central Missouri College is currently designing, planning, reviewing and completing all the steps necessary to start construction of its new site in Savannah.
President Dr. Lenny Klaver says state-of-the-art classrooms, quality instruction and the accessible location will help better serve students in the region.
North Central is currently working through the environmental review process and plans to start the bid process in October. The project will be divided into two phases. Phase one will be the renovation of the existing structure, and phase two will be the construction of a new building that will attach to the first building.
The first phase is planned to break ground in January with some classes offered next fall. Phase two should be completed by fall 2023 with a full line of classes and resources offered.
