Nebraska Man Arrested For Felony DWI in Buchanan County

A Nebraska man was arrested on a pair of driving charges, including one felony, Sunday in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 38-year-old Falls City, Nebraska resident James V. Langan was arrested on preliminary charges of felony persistent driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway.

Langan was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
