Nebraska Man Arrested on Driving Felony in Atchison County

A Nebraska man was arrested on two driving charges Wednesday in Atchison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Valley, Nebraska resident Aaron D. Soto was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Soto was taken to the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
