New Closure Coming Wednesday in Livingston County Bridge Project

A new closure will begin Wednesday in the Shoal Creek Bridge replacement project in Livingston County.
The Missouri Department of Transportation says access to County Road 420 at Route C in Livingston County will be closed beginning Wednesday, September 13, at 6 a.m.
L.G. Barcus and Sons, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will close the roadway for approximately two weeks to repave Route C from just north of County Road 420 to south of the Shoal Creek Bridge.
Crews will also reconstruct the approach from County Road 420 to Route C to provide easier access for vehicles and agricultural equipment.
Once paving is complete, access to County Road 420 will reopen.
MoDOT expects the project to finish in late October.
All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
