A new hearing is set for a Kearney man facing a felony sex crime charge.
Court documents say Alvin Alonzo Hudson faces a charge of felony second-degree rape.
Records list that charge from March 2016.
Hudson is next set to appear in Clinton County Court October 29 at 1:30 p.m.
