Next Unfunded Transportation Meetings Announced

The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced another pair of meetings to gather public input on their High Priority Unfunded Needs list to guide the development of projects into funded projects as state and federal transportation funds increase.

Mo-Dot, working with their statewide regional planning partners, have identified $1 billion in annual unfunded needs.

The first meeting is coming up in Cameron on Friday at the YMCA from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. TO discuss the northwest Missouri region’s needs.

Two meetings have been scheduled for the Kansas City district. The first meeting will be for Cass, Clay Jackson and Platte counties and will be held from 4 until 6 P.M. on Tuesday, December 7, at the Mid-America Regional Council office located at 600 Broadway Boulevard, Suite 200 in Kansas City.

The second meeting will be for the Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Ray and Saline counties and will be held from 4 until 6 P.M. on Thursday, December 9, at the Warrensburg Municipal Court located at 200 south Holden Street in Warrensburg.
