Nodaway County Realizes COVID-19 Case Spike

The Nodaway County Health Department has realized a spike in coronavirus cases.

The department reported 29 Nodaway County individuals tested positive for COVID-19. 14 of the individuals are isolated in a long-term care facility. Others are isolated in their private residences. There have now been 174 individuals in Nodaway County test positive for the coronavirus. There are currently 53 active cases. The new cases include 1 female from 10-19 years old, 7 from 20-29 years old, 3 from 30-39 years old, 2 from 40-49, 4 in their 60s, one in his 70s, and 8 that are 80 years old or older.

11 were hospitalized. 6 have been released.
