Norborne Man Facing Felony Drug and Firearm Charges After Saturday Night Arrest

A Norborne man is facing felony level drug and firearm charges after being arrested Saturday night in Carroll County.

According to Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 49-year-old Norborne resident Stephen D. Hunter was arrested at 9:46 P.M. Saturday on two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, one count of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.

Hunter was booked into the Carroll County Jail on a 24-hour hold to await formal charges.
