Norborne Man Killed in Ray County Crash Tuesday

A Norborne man was killed in a Tuesday afternoon crash in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Highway AA as a vehicle driven by 82-year-old Otto L. Finley was heading southbound.

Troopers say Finley traveled off the road, into a field, and struck a tree.

Finley was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by Assistant Ray County Coroner, Beau Minson.

Authorities report Finley was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
