North Harrison Board Approves Substitute Teacher Pay And Fees For 2023-24
North Harrison School Board members approved an increase in substitute teacher pay and made decisions about district fees during their July meeting.
Substitute teacher pay was increased from $90 to $100 per day. Meal prices will also increase. Those prices will be $1.65 for student breakfast, $2.40 for kindergarten through 5th grade lunch, and $2.50 for 6th through 12th grade lunch. An increase was also approved for adult meals.
The daily charges for the Early Childhood Center were increased to $32 per day for non-potty trained, $30 per day trained, and $30 per day for pre-school.
The board made a decision to accept no new tuition paying students for the upcoming school year.
Bids were approved from Grave’s for bakery products, Anderson Erickson Dairy for dairy products, and United Farmers Cooperative for diesel and propane service.
North Harrison’s board offered Letters of Intent to Brent Wilson, Amanda Williams, and Baily Briggs. The board accepted the resignation from Shelby Miles for the 2023-24 school year.
