Novinger Man Arrested On Numerous Charges in Sullivan County

A Novinger, Missouri man is facing multiple felony charges after his arrest Sunday afternoon in Sullivan County.

Troop B of the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 27-year-old Novinger resident Keaton H. Tade was arrested at 12:36 P.M. Sunday in Sullivan County on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, not having insurance, displaying the license plates of another, failing to comply with an ignition interlock device, and failing to display valid license plates.

A Greencastle, Missouri woman, 29-year-old Shelby R. Billington, was also arrested at 12:36 P.M. in Sullivan County on a Sullivan County felony warrant for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor Adair County warrant for stealing, and new charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were booked into the Sullivan County Jail on 24-hour holds to await the filing of formal charges.
