Oklahoma Man Arrested on Driving Charges in Daviess County Saturday

A McCallister, Oklahoma man was arrested on four driving charges Saturday morning in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 48-year-old Pheng Thao was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated via drugs, speeding, not having valid insurance, and not having a valid driver’s license.

Thao was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
