Omaha Woman Arrested in Holt County Saturday on Five Charges

Troopers report the arrest of an Omaha, Nebraska, woman Saturday evening in Holt County on a handful of charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 34-year-old Tiara L. Cook around 10:48 Saturday night on preliminary charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to display valid license plates, speeding, operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license – a third or subsequent offense, and first-degree felony endangering the welfare of a child creating a substantial risk.

Authorities booked Cook into the Holt County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.
