Orrick Man Arrested on Multiple Driving Charges in Ray County

An Orrick man was arrested on multiple driving charges Tuesday afternoon in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 62-year-old James M. Miller was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, careless and imprudent driving, and not having valid insurance.
Miller was later released.
