Pattonsburg Board Approves Summer School Dates

Pattonsburg School Board members approved their summer school dates which will begin at the end of the school year during a meeting held Monday night.

Pattonsburg’s 9-day summer school will begin May 30th through June 9th. Board members also approved the Junior High and High School football cooperative with Gilman City and North Harrison.

Pattonsburg’s board reorganized at the meeting. Brian Teel was elected as President. Bret Hangley will be Vice President. Lyle Hoover will be Secretary. Brooke Johnson will serve as Treasurer.

Superintendent Bill Pottorff updated the board on the electric bus project and the baseball/softball field grant.

Pattonsburg’s board accepted the resignation of Kelly Briggs at the end of the 2022-23 school year. 6 student workers were hired for the summer. The board also approved the support staff salary schedule as presented and the non-certified contracts for the 2023-24 school year.
