Plattsburg Man Hurt in Morning Motorcycle Accident

A Plattsburg man suffered moderate injuries in a Wednesday morning motorcycle accident near Turney.

According to the accident report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 58-year-old James R. Hampton was driving a 1993 Harley-Davidson eastbound on Route H, about five miles west of Turney when the bike went off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Hampton suffered moderate injuries and was taken by Tri-County Ambulance to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
