Polo Exhibitor Shows Reserve Champion Pen Of Chickens At Missouri State Fair Livestock Show

The first competitions were held at the Missouri State Fair’s Livestock Show, and a Polo exhibitor will be in the Sale of Champions Auction at the end of the fair.

Jasey Peoples of the Polo Trailblazers Club exhibited the Reserve Championship Pen of Chickens in Sedalia. Her Pen of Chickens weighed 7.08, 6.38, 6.5, and 6.5 pounds. Her reserve championship means that she will have one of the lots offered in the Missouri Sale of Champions that will be held on Saturday, August 22nd.

Lauren Bailey of the Clinton FFA Chapter was the Grand Champion Exhibitor in the competition.

Proceeds from the annual sale benefit both the winning exhibitors and the Missouri State Fair Youth in Agriculture (YIA) Scholarship Program.
