Polo Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Wednesday in Ray County

A Polo man was arrested on multiple charges Wednesday afternoon in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 69-year-old James M. Boyle was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and not having valid insurance.

Troopers say Boyle also faces two counts of assault.

Boyle was taken to the Ray County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
