Polo Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Wednesday Night in Caldwell County

A Polo man was arrested on four charges Wednesday evening in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Bobby W. Neal was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to register a motor vehicle, and not wearing a seat belt.
Neal was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
