A preliminary hearing is scheduled for the man who reportedly led Livingston County authorities on a New Year’s Eve chase.

Court documents say Nathaniel W. Watkins faces felony charges of resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony and driving while revoked or suspended.

Records again list those charges from December 31, 2019.

Watkins’ bond was revoked Wednesday and a new warrant issued with a bond set at 10-thousand dollars cash only.

Watkins must also comply with supervision services and a drug patch.

He is next set to appear in Livingston County Court January 29 at 9:00 a.m.
