Preliminary Hearing Set For St. Joseph Man Charged With Sex Crime

A preliminary hearing is set for a Saint Joseph man facing a sex crime charge.
Court documents say Isaac Riley Banks faces a felony charge of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years of age.
Records list that charge from November 25, 2019.
Banks was denied bond.
He is next set to appear in court March 5 at 1:30 p.m.
