Public Input Being Taken For 2023 CWD Deer Management Plan

The Missouri Department of Conservation is providing a revised Surveillance and Management Plan for Chronic Wasting Disease in deer. The plan includes proposed changes beginning with the 2023 deer season. The department is taking public input for the next week on the plan. Josh Roller is with the Missouri Department of Conservation.
The proposed changes would not affect the 2022 season. Public input is being taken through next Monday, August 8th. The plan and input opportunity is provided with this link.
