Richmond Man Arrested For Felony Paraphernalia

A Richmond man is facing a felony drug charge after his arrest Thursday afternoon in Jackson County.
According to Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 43-+year-old Richmond resident Rickey R. Hunsaker was arrested by Troopers at 4:29 P.M. for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and for misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Hunsaker was booked into the Independence Police Department before being released from custody.
