Richmond Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Ray County

A Richmond man was arrested on drug and driving charges Wednesday in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Michael J. Fluharty was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, not having a valid license, and speeding.
Fluharty was later released.
