Richmond Man Arrested on Felony Drug Charge Sunday Night

A Richmond man was arrested on a felony drug charge Sunday evening in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 47-year-old Gary A. Winters was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and not wearing a seat belt.
Winters was taken to the Ray County Jail and later released.
