Richmond Man Arrested On Warrant In Caldwell County

A Richmond man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Ray County Wednesday night in Caldwell County.
According to the arrest report from Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Richmond resident Thomas A. Rauscher was arrested at 8:29 P.M. Wednesday on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from the Ray County Sheriff for failing to appear on an original charge of possession of dangerous drugs.
Rauscher was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center to await bond.
