Richmond Man in Court Today on Multiple Felonies

An arraignment is set today for a Richmond man facing multiple felony charges from an arrest Sunday.

Court documents say Clarence Morgan faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, possession of a forging instrument, delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a jail or correctional center, unlawful use of a weapon, and tampering with evidence in a felony prosecution.

Morgan also faces misdemeanor charges of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Bond for Morgan is set at 25-thousand dollars cash only.
