Richmond Man Killed in Monday Crash in Daviess County

A Richmond man was killed in a Monday afternoon crash in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Highway 13, three miles north of Hamilton, when a tractor-trailer driven by 38-year-old David W. Baugher was heading southbound.

Troopers say Baugher ran off the west side of the road, struck a ditch, and overturned.

Baugher was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by acting Daviess County Coroner, Kyle Stith.

Troopers say Baugher was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
