Richmond Pair Arrested on Felony Drug Charge

Two Richmond residents were arrested on felony drug charges Wednesday in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 56-year-old Karla J. Sullivan and 56-year-old Gary W. Sullivan were arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance of methamphetamine.

Karla Sullivan also faces an additional charge of not wearing a seat belt.

Both were later released from custody.
