Richmond Sex Offender Fails To Register

A Richmond man was arrested Monday after being found to be in violation of sex offender registration rules.

Troop A of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 45-year-old Richmond resident Michael L. Stevens at 3:30 P.M. Monday on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. he was also cited for speeding.

Stevens was booked into the Ray County Jail before being released from custody.
