Richmond Teen Arrested on Drug & Driving Trio

A Richmond teen was arrested on three drug and driving charges Wednesday in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Anna F. Newsome was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated via drugs, misdemeanor marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Newsome was taken to the Ray County Jail and later released.
