Richmond Teen Arrested on Felony Warrant

A Richmond teen was arrested Monday afternoon on a felony warrant.
Troop A of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 19-year-old Richmond resident Steven M. Detwiler at 4:48 Monday afternoon in Carroll County on a felony warrant from Howell County, in south central Missouri.
Detwiler was booked into the Ray County jail to await bond.
