Richmond Woman Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Ray County

A Richmond woman was arrested on drug and driving charges Monday afternoon in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Chanci N. Kennedy was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and failure to display valid plates.

Kennedy was taken to the Ray County Jail and later released.
