Richmond Woman Arrested on Drug Trio in Carroll County

A Richmond woman was arrested on a trio of drug charges Wednesday afternoon in Carroll County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Barbara K. Jester was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jester was taken to the Carroll County Jail and later released.
