Richmond Woman Arrested on Felony and Driving Charges in Ray County

A Richmond woman was arrested on a felony and driving charges Monday afternoon in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Rylen L. Barker was arrested on preliminary charges of a felony violation of a protection order, a Ray County warrant, speeding, and not wearing a seat belt.
Barker was taken to the Ray County Jail to await bond.
