Richmond Woman Arrested This Morning With Forgery Device

Troopers report arresting a Richmond woman on a felony charge early this morning in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Amy L. Stowers was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony possession of a forgery device.
Authorities say Stowers was later released.
