Rusty Black Files Bill For Property Rights Protection From Eminent Domain

Missouri 12th District State Senator Rusty Black says says one of his bills has been referred to committee that intends to protect personal property rights from the use of eminent domain.

The legislation would require the companies to form agreements for the use of existing rights of way.

The legislation is Senate Bill 805.
