Savannah Man Arrested For Persistent DWI Saturday in Andrew County

A Savannah man was arrested on a felony driving charge Saturday morning in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 50-year-old George R. Tolley was arrested on a preliminary felony charge of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender.
Tolley was taken to the Andrew County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
