Savannah Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges Wednesday

Troopers report the arrest of a Savannah man Wednesday evening on drug and driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 60-year-old Ricky L. Smith on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to display a red flag on projection exceeding five feet from the vehicle.
Authorities booked Smith into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
