Savannah Man Arrested on Seven Charges in Ray County Sunday

A Savannah man was arrested on seven charges early Sunday in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 31-year-old Evan D. Woodruff was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, failure to signal, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while revoked, not having insurance, and not wearing a seat belt.
Woodruff was taken to the Ray County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
